Gluten Free Around the World

When you have Celiacs, traveling can be pretty stressful. You always have to be prepared. Living in a different country can be even crazier, particularly if you don't speak the language. Since my husbands job as a basketball player requires that we move to Europe for 9-10 months out of the year, the biggest challenge/adventure is discovering all the ingredients I like to cook with. It's a process with lots of trial and error. However, I can assure you it's totally possible to find and make almost anything you want. Here are the recipes I've made while in Europe! I'll also be posting about brands, grocery stores, where to find specific ingredients, and how to adapt a recipe to fit the food I find. The goal is to make traveling to Europe with Celiacs easier than ever!
